Previously, Darren took over as chair of BYPY following the event in June 2009. He has been involved in helping stage the awards for the last four years and was previously a member of the Business Strategy and Constitution committee. Darren is an associate in the Corporate Finance team at law firm, Cobbetts LLP. He specialises in Private Equity and corporate M&A. Darren acts for venture capitalists, management, vendors and corporate acquirers in a range of mid-market transactions.
