Partner, Drivers Jonas Business Improvement District (BID) Champion
Gary Cardin is the Partner in charge of the Birmingham Office of Drivers Jonas, property consultants. He also heads up the Planning and Development team where he is responsible for a wide range of clients including private sector developers and investors, public sector bodies and local authorities. He is directly involved in complex project work covering regeneration, town centre development and commercial planning advice. Gary has been the BID Champion for the Colmore Business District which after a successful ballot early January and February of 2009 will take effect from 01 April 2009. He also is also an active member of the Birmingham City Centre Partnership Board and is a regular platform speaker at seminar events and functions. In his spare time Gary is a keen photographer and enjoys an adrenalin rush on the ski slopes.
