Richard Winfield

Richard Winfield is the founder of Brefi Group, an international management development consultancy that provides an integrated package of strategy consulting, executive coaching, facilitation and training, designed to improve corporate performance. Richard is responsible for Brefi's Director Development Centre, which specialises in board performance evaluation and director appraisal, supported by executive coaching for directors, facilitation of corporate retreats, and scenario planning. He has worked in more than ten countries, including America, Europe, India, Africa and the Gulf States. In previous careers he has been an award-winning transportation planner and a magazine publisher. He is editor of the international e-newsletter, CorporateCoach.
