The key benefits of The Affiliate Scheme are:
The Birmingham Forward Affiliate scheme provides the opportunity for organisations who do not fall within our membership criteria of professional, financial and business services to be a part of our organisation, network at selected events and raise the profile of their business within that sector.
As an affiliate you will receive an enhanced listing in our Advised in Birmingham Directory which is distributed to all our member firms and Birmingham Future members (up to 1000 people). You will also have first option to host one of our events at your premises.
We actively market our affiliates across our membership sector and offer them a number of benefits specifically tailored for their objectives.
Annual fee of £1,450 + VAT which provides the following package of benefits:
- Invitation to selected member events which includes 1 free place plus up to 2 paid guests.
- Invitation to one board dinner per year - invitation is extended to patrons and affiliates to attenda briefing on key issues within the city and to join the board at a private dinner to facilitate a further discussion and answer any questions.
- Availability of advance guest lists on the day of events to facilitate effective networking.
- Opportunities for appropriate sponsorship and advertising activities.
- Post People publicity sought for key events.
- Listing as a business affiliate on the Birmingham Forward website including click-through to affiliates own website.
- Inclusion in affliate section of Membership Directory plus additional complimentary copies.
- Monthly e-bulletin.
- A limit of just 3 affiliate companies in any one sector
Other Terms
- Business affiliate applications will be ratified by the Birmingham Forward Board
- The scheme does not include membership of Birmingham Future
- No suggestion to be made of Birmingham Forward recommending products or services of the business affiliate.
- Business affiliate fees to be paid within 4 weeks of the renewal date.
- Business affiliates involvement is subject to review annually.
- Involvement is at the absolute discretion of the Board who may terminate the arrangement at any given time.
Criteria
Companies providing a service which supports the business and objectives of Birmingham Forward. Involvement in the business affiliates scheme is subject at all times to the absolute discretion of the Birmingham Forward Board.
Affiliates Year runs from January 01 to December 31
